What I don’t do
- I do not diagnose or treat mental health disorders, as this requires specialized clinical assessment.
- I do not provide medical or psychiatric treatments such as psychotherapy for severe conditions or crisis interventions.
- I do not prescribe or manage any medication; this is the role of a psychiatrist or medical doctor.
- Wellness counseling does not replace formal therapy offered by psychologists or psychiatrists.
- I work strictly within the scope of my practice in wellness counselling and life coaching, referring clients when clinical care is needed.
