My heart is to support women who feel emotionally stuck, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a safe, non-judgmental space to breathe, reset, and grow.
Having worked in the second line of entry within psychology, I developed a deep awareness and compassion for individuals who may not require clinical or specialised treatment but still need someone to talk to. I chose to focus my Wellness by Design practice on first-line support, because I saw the urgent need for a safe, supportive space where people feel seen and heard – especially during seasons of emotional hardship, transition or overwhelm.
I created this space to offer exactly that — affordable, accessible wellness counselling: a quiet place to process, plan, breathe, and be supported. This is a space focused on growth and restoration, not medical diagnosis or medication. It is primarily proactive and preventative, focusing on strengths, goals, and lifestyle, and offering early intervention with referrals for more complex needs.
My Approach
This integrative wellness-centred model empowers clients to make a sustainable change while honouring their unique story, strengths, personality and purpose. Whether through personal coaching, emotional healing, or faith-based exploration, my aim is to hold a safe supportive space where people can experience transformation from the inside out.
