Hi, I’m Sam – a qualified wellness counselor and life coach with a heart for helping people find a healthy balance and confidence in their everyday lives.

My journey began with studies in psychology, counselling and health and wellness life coaching, along with experience in second-line psychological support.

After pausing my career to embrace the role of full-time motherhood, I returned to the field in a new and deeply meaningful capacity—as a first point of entry for emotional and wellness support. My mission is to empower and uplift, helping people move forward, discover inner strength, and rise higher each day to live lives that are whole, well, and flourishing. I believe God placed this calling on my heart and preserved it until the season was right—when my children were old enough—so I could step back into my purpose and do what He has called me to do: to bring people into a place of healing, growth, and restored identity.

Alongside counseling and coaching, I’m also a certified dance fitness instructor for the past 20 years – because I believe movement is a powerful way to boost energy, release stress and reconnect with joy. Dance is medicine!
